How do you prepare for Autumn?

l

Hey Reader

I hope you are keeping well, I am dropping into your inbox today with a question.

What do you do to prepare for Autumn? Do you do anything? have you ever considered that you should change things with the seasons.

For around 4 years now I have used September and October to slow things down to prepare for the next season of winter. I believe that just like trees do, we should adjust things to allow for more rest.

With less daylight hours we should be doing less not continuing at the same speed that you have been going in spring and summer.

Sadly the culture that we live in doesn't allow for this kind of thinking. We get to winter and wonder why we have a constant cold, and feel so tired.

You just have to consider how much children get sick in the winter months at school, that is a sign that the body needs more support, it needs more rest and a slower rhythm. Not to keep going at the same pace, something I have created in our family because we home educate, and I have full control over what we do with our time and what goes in the diary or doesn't.

I am excited to allow these slower rhythms to work in my daughters life, in the hope that she can be super productive doing the things she needs to do to live a full live, but never have to experience complete nervous system and body burn out like I have had to battle over the last 12 months.

Our bodies are constantly giving us messages that we struggle to hear because again our culture doesn't allow for us to listen to our bodies, it encourages us to drink the coffee or wine, take the paracetamol and keep going!

One of the signs we can have at this time of year can be drier itchy skin, dry cracked lips, sore hands as our bodies switch into wetter colder times.

Which is why I would like to to invite you to join me to my Tropic "Lets Prepare For Autumn" What's App event tomorrow night Tuesday 8th at 8pm.

All you need to do is click this link on your phone or wherever you have What's App, and it will take you to my special group that will only be used for this event

I will start to share about what Tropic is, if you don't know its a UK based Beauty company that uses only naturally derived or nature identical ingredients, we are organic but the important part is Tropic do not use any of the harsh chemicals which can cause severe allergic reactions, cancers and disrupt your hormones.

I will then share with you some of our key products which I use now and through the winter to keep my skin feeling and looking good.

If you can't join live tomorrow but your interested then join the group anyway, by clicking the link and you can go back over the messages in your own time.
